Helpchat API Gives Business Partners Personal Assistant Messenger Capabilities

Helpchat, personal assistant messenger app, has announced an API for integration with third party business partners. After integration, business users can utilize Helpchat functionality to acquire and serve users. The Helpchat service allows users to ping the messenger app, connect with an agent 24x7, and receive the needed order in response. Whether its travel planning, food delivery, household services, or local business communication; Helpchat takes care of the legwork needed to communicate and accomplish extra tasks in an efficient manner.

"Our chat sessions are growing at a healthy rate, with a high transaction intent from users," Vishrut Chalsani, Helpchat VP of Enterprise Solutions, commented in an announcement. "The next logical step was to leverage our deep enterprise relationships to help businesses to build on top of this audience."

Helpchat already has a waiting list of integration partners that include Ola, OLX, Freshmenu, CommonFloor, RoadRunnr, Limetray, Mast Kalandar, RedBus, MyWash, and more. Any of these partners can custom tailor Helpchat functionality to enhance their business interactions with customers and potential customers. Helpchat maintains high expectations with the API release and expects to partner with over 1000 business in the next six months.

Helpchat launched its messenger app earlier this year, and has already seen traction. Its goal is to build a horizontal platform to help users accomplish daily tasks in a streamlined, automated manner. Integrating directly into existing workflows and apps will help expand its reach beyond individual users to entire enterprises. The Helpchat app is built with the flexibility to adapt to a variety of use case scenarios. Keep an eye out for continued integrations between Helpchat and business partners, and consider where Helpchat functionality could sit in your workstream.
