Hi Marley, a company that provides a communications platform for the insurance industry, has announced a new API that powers its Marley Insights product. Marley Insights offers a visual dashboard that includes over 20 built-in analytical reports that help insurance providers better leverage insurance data.
The insurance data provided by the Marley Insights API includes message sentiment, open claims, average time to first contact, average survey score, active users, and case status. The company designed the platform with the intention of third-party platforms integrating this data into insurance products that have faced a complication evolution throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Hi Marley's Founder and CEO Mike Greene noted that:
