eversign allows for companies to have multiple staff members. Agreements can be made available to your entire team staff.

Then, we click the red Prepare button. This loads our template alongside eversign's drag and drop visual configuration tool.

The roles that we created are in the right hand column as Recipients. If I click on the green Committee Manager, I can drag fields to the places on each page of the template where their information is needed:

Keep in mind with every field we prepare, we're creating variables which our later API automation can pre-fill based on customer information that we get from registration forms or our database.

Then, I click on the Contractor recipient and configure fields for them. You can see each recipient's fields in different colors:

And, if you're automatically signing these in your company, your API can automate any kind of approval signatures.

Then we prepare fields for this contract that relate to pricing. No one changes these once we set them. They are essentially read only. Click No Signer under the Recipients column for these:

As you create fields, there are properties pop-ups that help you name them and identify who fills them out. Then, each of these fields can be managed programmatically through your API with this information. For example, the document sent to the Committee customer would ask for signatures in customer boxes and when sent to the Contractor, it would ask for signatures in their boxes. But, No Signer fields can be filled in by your API independently of either recipient.

Sending Documents for Signature via the Website

If we have a quick one time or infrequent use for this template, we can click, Use Template. eversign will present the fields it needs to process the form and deliver signature requests:

For this instance, we fill in the pricing fields and the Committee Manager fields e.g. their name and email address. Then, we click Send.
