Online research engine FindTheBest is launching a suite of free tools to enhance real estate agents' marketing efforts. These products are available on a new real estate specific site,, which will feature the residential real estate database (Homes) and location discovery tool (Places) made popular on FindTheBest.

The first product, Agents, is a research tool that provides detailed analysis on over 300,000 real estate agents, including information on average listing price, property size, property type and more. Agents who have syndicated their listings will automatically have a profile on and be directly integrated into, making it easier for homebuyers to evaluate and contact the listing agent. Real estate professionals can manage their profiles for free and supply additional information including biographies, specialties, and more.

"Agents have been looking for ways to improve their online presence, but their options were limited to subjective ratings and reviews. We wanted to give agents a way to showcase their true experience to prospective buyers, and we've been able to provide this through innovative aggregation and analysis of their transaction history," said Alex Rosenberg, senior director of new products at FindTheBest.

FindTheBest is also introducing a Listing Enhancement API, which opens's Library of interactive property and market visualizations for easy copy/paste Integration onto any website. Real estate professionals now have free access to the same rich content on FindTheHome that helps researchers place houses and neighborhoods into context. Available content includes local school ratings, market trends, demography and income, weather, and property-specific information. FindTheBest has partnered with WebsiteBox, Tribus, IDX Broker, and Agent Image to pilot the program, bringing visuals to more than 5,000 websites at launch.
