SignEasy API Enables In-App Document Signing

SignEasy, eSignature solution provider, has announced the SignEasy APITrack this API. Through the API, developers can integrate SignEasy technology into any document workflow that requires customer signatures. Once integrated, any app or website can include document signing as an automated feature.

SignEasy's goal is to eliminate the need for customers to leave an app for an external document signing solution in order to complete paperwork. Through a few lines of code, developers can enable native document signing. Once signed, documents can be sent for countersignature or additional signatures.

The API includes embedded sending (ability to send documents from an application for signature), embedded signing (ability to sign documents from within an application), Webhooks/notifications (ability to view document status and trigger certain events in realtime), and white labeling options. In the future, SignEasy intends to add a feature that enables the ability to Fetch and merge data from enterprise data systems.

SignEasy beta tested the API for six months and saw adoption in various industries including real estate, law, recruitment and logistics. Customers can pay per-document or through a subscription. Files and data are encrypted and signatures are compliant with the ESIGN Act and eIDAS.
