Provide technical/functional support for FX (A system providing aggregation, smart
order routing, pricing and distribution, order and risk management modules for FX Spot,
Forwards, Swaps, NDFs and Precious Metals)
Ensure regular follow-up with customers to provide the agreed solution in time (Chairing
Weekly Calls with clients to manage all on-going issues).
Preparing and planning Production/UAT upgrades.
Act as the first point of contact of the Front Office for support (bug fix, request, incident).
Troubleshoot, diagnose (analysing FX modules event logs), manage and resolve all
