Provide technical/functional support for FX (A system providing aggregation, smart order routing, pricing and distribution, order and risk management modules for FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs and Precious Metals) Ensure regular follow-up with customers to provide the agreed solution in time (Chairing Weekly Calls with clients to manage all on-going issues). Preparing and planning Production/UAT upgrades. Act as the first point of contact of the Front Office for support (bug fix, request, incident). Troubleshoot, diagnose (analysing FX modules event logs), manage and resolve all customers problems. Follow standard procedures for appropriate escalation of critical or unresolved issues to the relevant internal team (Management, Development, Network or Performance). Monitor all application or system malfunctions and failures, monitor the connections with the liquidity providers and clients (Nagios) Proactively communicate with customers as required, by keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, develops Root Cause Analyses for incidents.. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.-Support Project/Pre-sales teams with the technical setup and configuration of new system implementations. Participation in providing training and sharing necessary documents with new team members.
