Snap, the parent company of Snapchat, today announced that its Marketing API is now available to all developers. The API allows third parties to programmatically buy ads in the Snapchat app and manage their advertising campaigns. It also offers additional targeting and testing functionality.
Facebook has announced the release of Graph API v9.0 and Marketing API v9.0. These updates included several changes that require developer action in order to ensure that production applications are not interrupted. Additional updates include adjustments to Instagram Follower count metrics.
Google has announced V8 of its ads API and is notifying devs that in order to take advantage of some of the release's new features, updating code is necessary. This update includes new cross-account bidding strategies, improvement to sales tracking, and new label management options.
