Social video distribution platform Epoxy allows users to easily publish video content across multiple social networks from a single location. Recently, the company leveraged the Twitter video API’s native upload capability to provide a new feature for creators that enhances fan experience.
Adcolony, once an app developer for iOS, is now focused on creating mobile HD video ads. The Adcolony APIs are two RESTful APIs, Publisher Earnings (which retrieves in CSV format) and MATA, which gives access to the CPI campaign statistics. Fields covered in the Earnings API are Date Range, Earnings, Completed Video Views, Fill Rate, Sessions, eCPM, DAU. The MATA API is based on the open standards from the Mobile App Transparency Alliance (thus the name), and uses HTTP authentication. It uses your user email and API key for verification.
Facebook has launched a new suite of marketing APIs and taken its Facebook Ads API out of private beta. The suite gives developers, ad agencies, and marketers programmatic access to pages, advertising, and analytics for their social media marketing campaigns. In addition to the Ads API, the suite includes the Insights API for building social analytics tools, and Pages API for building and accessing pages and their fields, connections, events, links, notes, photos, and videos. Both are officially part of the Facebook Graph API.
