Eighteen APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Cryptocurrency, Mapping, and Localization . Also new to the directory is an API to run reports from Google regarding website abusive experiences and the Mapline API for creating maps from data on spreadsheets.
Twitter recently announced what developers have been expecting since at least its Chirp conference. Links posted to Twitter will soon be passed through the company's own link shortener, t.co.
