Developers interested in porting their apps from Android to Windows 10 may be out of luck. Microsoft has all but canned Project Astoria, the app-porting tool it planned to offer developers. Microsoft is instead focusing on porting iOS, web, and Win32 apps, leaving Android developers in the cold.
