DataCash, global payments services provider, has announced that its fraud management solution (GateKeeper 2.0) will be the first of its kind to integrate MasterCard's Lost-Stolen Account List API. The MasterCard API cross-references over 30 million lost and stolen cards globally. The integration will empower merchants with greater fraud detection capabilities and lessen the potential to reject legitimate customers.
Square now has an E-commerce API that brings Square services to third party websites. Square is usually associated with its mobile credit card reader and complementary software. With the E-commerce API, merchants can use their own systems with all the benefit of Square's modern payment services.
Those with Capital One banking or credit card accounts, who also use one of Intuit's many services (e.g. TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mint, etc.) may have an easier time transferring financial data from Capital One to their Intuit service through a new, API-driven partnership recently announced.
