This is the Node.js SDK for accessing the Bitcodin API for developers to access and integrate Bitcodin through Node.js. Bitcodin by Bitmovin is a video encoding service that allows for live and recorded video streaming over the web.
The lemonwhale API comes as a two part REST API that features JSON: one public and one private, each with separate endpoints. The public one downloads public information about videos. The private API is for altering your videos, like changing the title, or creating a new live broadcast. Authentication is required for the private API.
Earlier this year, Facebook launched an embedded video player. To ease integration between the player and third party websites, Facebook has now announced API access to the player. In addition to the API, Facebook now supports the oEmbed open standard, which simplifies embedding Facebook material.
Nokia this week released version 1.2 of its Imaging SDK. The new developer tools, which were announced by CEO Stephen Elop at Microsoft's Build conference in San Francisco, will allow developers to add a wide range of new features to their own camera applications. The SDK applies to devices running Windows Phone 8.0 and Windows Phone 8.1. Nokia claims the SDK will let even entry-level devices run compelling and complex imaging applications thanks to optimization and low-memory requirements.
