This is the official Android SDK that allows developers to integrate the Dailymotion API into Android applications and devices through Java and C. Using the Dailymotion Graph API, developers have a simple way to publish, access, and manage content on Dailymotion, a video sharing website.
Voximplant has released Voximplant Web SDK 4.0 which features a number of new enhancements such as Microsoft Edge audio calls support, enable video during an existing audio call, modification of audio and video streams via filters, and h.264 video codec "high priority" setting.
The business networking site LinkedIn has now launched a new application platform they call InApps. It's an OpenSocial-based platform that enables third-party developers to create applications that get embedded into LinkedIn user's profiles. While this follows along the model used of Facebook, MySpace and host of other social platforms, it differs in its emphasis on being business centric in nature and, like the service itself, follows a much more controlled and button-downed approach. And like the LinkedIn API that we reported on last year, access is limited based on an approval process.
Google recently announced a beta version of its new App Engine firewall. In addition to the security features inherent within App Engine, the App Engine firewall allows developers to block and permit users based on IP address and geography. Developers simply create rules and prioritize the rules.
