Back in July, ProgrammableWeb reported that Dropbox had launched a beta version of the Dropbox Datastore API which provides a new method of syncing and storing data on Dropbox. Dropbox has just announced that the Datastore API is now out of beta and the first stable version of the API has been released.
In a bold move that takes the company beyond its traditional file syncing roots, DropBox launched Datastore, an API that manages structured data, such as bookmarks, contacts, to do-list items, and game states. Dropbox made the announcement at its first DBX developer conference on Tuesday.
Hall, communication and collaboration platform for teams and business, allows teams to integrate various apps through the Hall API. Hall offers a suite of tools and features that enable teams to communicate, provide feedback, and share work in a seamless fashion (e.g. chat, file sharing, video sharing, etc.). Hall believes the world is currently evolving to a new normal when it comes to communication and project completion.
