In its short existence, Warranty Life seems have to achieved its goal by improving warranty attachment rate to sales by 60% and its innovative system is now in use by hundreds of retailers across the US. Warranty Life wants to extend its reach and its value proposition by offering the Warranty API that can integrate with third party applications and websites.
Sixteen APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Payments, Banking, and Mapping. Highlighted today is an API for accessing road conditions across several states in the U.S. plus an API for building investment and wealth management FinTech applications.
The LightSpeed API allows developers to build on LightSpeed's retail platform, one designed to mimic the experience of walking into an Apple bricks and mortar store. The platform also helps stores sell online. Developers can add loyalty programs, integration with enterprise-resource-planning systems, and build mobile sales dashboards. More information is available through its LDX, the LightSpeed Developer Exchange, that opens up the program and website.
