The Flowroute Numbers PHP SDK by Flowroute offers integration with a VoIP and messaging platform designed for PHP applications. This SDK supports the v1 APIs from Flowroute which provide telephone number transactions with the Numbers API. It requires PHP 5.4.0+.

In addition, Alcatel-Lucent has launched a Developer Portal that allows access to the New Conversation APIs and a sandbox for developers to build and test their applications.
