This Gitshare.io SDK is a SmartFile Python Client. It provides a simple wrapper around an HTTP library that includes two API clients for supported authentication methods. The API can be used for path creation, user management, activity monitoring, file permissions, folder access, indexed search, user authorization, and more. GitShare.io is a file sharing API for Developers.
This week we added another 9 open APIs to our API directory. As with last week's new APIs, they cover quite a range. In yet another example of an API-on-an-API there's the TweetPhoto API for photo sharing on top of Twitter. There are 3 new telephony-related APIs from Orange, the new music event-centric Gigulate API, and the Amplify API that aims to extract semantic meaning from text and HTML documents via natural language processing. For over a year developers have been asking for an API from Quora, the Q&A site that has recently exploded in popularity. The company had been waiting until there were "enough users and content on Quora." A browser extension outed the interface and now there is an officially released, but still alpha Quora API.
