The Google Glass SDK allows to create personalized information with the goal to be perceived on Google Glass. The Google Mirror API is associated with this SDK that contains user interface, patterns, style, and glassware flow designer as the main resources available on the site. Google recommends 4 principles when designing for Glass: don't get in the way (of user experience), keep it relevant, avoid the unexpected, and build for people.
Google has made a new software developer kit available for Android Wear. Chiefly, the revised SDK updates the core platform to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, implements API level 23, and employs the new permissions model, which apps will need to comply with soon. The SDK is free to download from Google.
Apple has created a new Movement Disorder API that will be added to ResearchKit, its open source framework that is designed to let medical researchers gather data. Using the API, developers will be able to implement all-day monitoring on Apple Watch devices running watchOS 5.
