It's been ten months since the Google Plus API was released and over a year that the platform itself has existed. And still there's no way to write content into Google Plus. Or is there? Though it didn't make the major Google I/O announcements, the search giant did release a sort-of writable Google Plus API for developer preview. It's just not the writable API we all expected.
In response to developer feedback, Twitter will soon add semantic versioning to its Ads API so that developers can more easily deal with new and deprecated features. Additionally, Twitter is increasing the time it supports deprecated versions of the Ads API from 30 to 90 days.
Livefyre has just launched StreamHub, a new set of tools for Enterprise customers that builds upon the Livefyre core real-time comment platform and the Livefyre API. StreamHub curates the social web and allows publishers, television networks and brands to incorporate relevant discussions via social media into their websites.
