Microsoft has moved Intune APIs in Microsoft Graph out of Preview and made them generally available. Intune APIs make it possible for Microsoft customers and partners to automate workloads, increase device management efficiency, and programmatically access EMS and Office 365 data (Microsoft Graph).
This week at Dreamforce, Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff, announced Salesforce1. Benioff suggested that Salesforce1 could be the single platform to run entire companies, and manage the internet of things from a single source. Backend-as-a-Service provider Espresso Logic has continued to build on its RESTful API services this week with the launch of the new Live Browser feature. The new service allows enterprise and business customers to first convert any database into an API, and then to create an application “in 30 seconds”. VP of Business Development, Ron Kaplan, talked to ProgrammableWeb about how the new service can be used to prototype and test an API design based on a company’s existing data assets.
