The Mendeley iOS SDK by Mendeley aims to simplify the integration of the API in Apple devices. It offers methods and classes for Mac OSX and iOS applications. Sometimes I find myself wondering how long it will take for certain software to make the SaaS transition. It seems, thanks to companies like Saaspose, document conversion software has made the jump. With the Saaspose API developers can integrate many of the company’s features into existing web sites and applications.
In Spring 2011, the New York Public Library (NYPL) launched one of the largest culinary data projects of all time: What's on the Menu?. The NYPL maintains one of the world's largest menu collections (around 45,000 menus dating back to the 1840s). The project aims to ease searching through this massive dataset. In simplifying menu search, What's on the Menu launched the first NYPL public API.
