BigML, a leading machine learning and predictive modeling platform provider, has just announced the 2014 BigML Spring Release which includes new features and improvements including cluster analysis, additional filter options, segment-based dataset creation in models, new BigMLer command line tool features, and much more.
Campaigner, leading email marketing services provider, has launched the Campaigner Elements API. The Elements API is intended to be integrated with analytics platforms to gain greater insight into subscriber behavior. Creating targets for email blasts is step one. The Elements API makes step two easier: narrowing focus to potential customers.
High traffic, content-rich sites want to slice their analytics in different ways than, say, an e-commerce site. That's the concept behind Parse.ly Dash, a new product to provide "fresh insights" to these publishers with a price tag starting at $499 per month. Interestingly, the company's three pricing tiers each come with another level of API access. Despite the beautiful graphs provided by Dash, it's clear that sometimes getting at insights programmatically is preferred.
