Developers can change everything from the setup and color of the UI to the actual functionality of the ball. Sphero is a robotic ball gaming system that users can control with a tilt, touch, or swing from their smartphone or tablet.
The Kin foundation is looking to the social gaming industry to boost usage of its cryptocurrency. The company just launched a Unity SDK that allows developers to create buying and selling opportunities within their games. Currently, the SDK is available for Android with iOS coming soon.
Call of Duty gamers that track their stats through third party stat tracking apps aren't pleased with a recent API update. For the time being, third party apps cannot track stats through the Call of Duty API. Activision intends to turn stat tracking back on, but needs to make privacy changes first.
