Microsoft as expected last week announced that it would be integrating its Yammer social networking and Skype unified communications services with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. This week Microsoft took that effort a step further via an alliance with Moxie Software under which another social networking application for the enterprise is being integrated within Microsoft Dynamics.
SugarCRM has launched an SDK for the mobile version of its popular CRM product. The mobile SDK offers a similar developer experience to the desktop SDK version. With the SDK, users can create custom experiences that integrate with existing apps, workflows, and business tools.
FreshLime, a customer connection platform, has announced an API for access to its platform. Through the API, users can integrate FreshLime directly into third party systems of all types: CRM, POS, Field Management, etc. Such apps and systems are enhanced with FreshLime customer engagement tools.
