Vidyo offers tools that integrate video and audio communication abilities into websites. The VidyoWorks APIs incorporate the VidyoConferencing infrastructure via the client or server, with easy plugin API capabilities for adding videoconferencing to desktop or web environments. The VidyoWorks SDK is equipped with libraries for OSX, Windows, Android, and iOS, enabling robust video conferencing applications to be built that implement the VidyoWorks Server API, enabling complete video and calling management and control features and access to a custom web portal and application integration.
Later this year, developers will lose access to a popular API. Yesterday, streaming video giant Netflix announced that it will be shuttering its public API on November 14, 2014. A small set of developers including Flixster, Fanhattan and Instant Watcher will continue to have access to the Netflix API.
